about us
That’s Architecture is registered with the City of
Houston and the State of Texas. We are a small firm: Nancy Ganucheau, as principal, is L.E.E.D certified by the U.S. Green Building
Council. She
received her Masters of Architecture from Rice University.
Since it’s conception in 1997, That’s Architecture has
been devoted to design excellence, believing in the power of the built
environment to enrich everyone’s life. We take pride in using
ordinary materials in inventive ways. We believe that great projects
are the result of great communication between the architects, the Owner,
the user group and the contractor. Asking questions and actively listening
allows us to fully understand your needs and desires for the project.
Communicating our ideas clearly, through words and drawings encourages a
fruitful dialogue with all members of the project team.
With a focus on renovations, our client list includes non-profit organizations
(Community Family Centers) as well as corporations in oil research (CGG
Americas, Inc.), in the telecommunications industry (Dinamo) and institutional
and government agencies (such as the Royal Norwegian Consulate). Others
have been churches (St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Holy Name Retreat Center)
and education centers (St. Michael Catholic School and Rice University).
We hope that you feel more familiarized with That’s Architecture. Please
feel free to contact us for a job proposal. We look forward to hearing
from you in the near future.
